What we'd find and recommend
For a company like this, we'd review the website, the social media profiles, the last ad campaign, the email list, what customers search for in this category, and five competitors.
Sheet 01 at a glance
Every gap gets its own step in the plan on sheet 13.
Findings: what we'd check
- Ads without measurement. The last campaign ran in several variants with no pixel and no conversion events. Nobody could say which ad brought a customer.
- Social icons in the site header point to "#". A visitor clicks and nothing happens.
- No follow-up after the first inquiry. Leads from the contact form land in one inbox and nobody replies within a day. Many of them buy elsewhere.
- All offers live in one section of the home page, not on separate pages. An ad for one product has nowhere to send the click.
- The blog stopped a year ago. Customers ask the same questions by phone and email, and the site answers none of them.
Strengths the company isn't showing
- Certifications and partnerships the team already holds. Not a word about them on the site.
- Fast delivery and real people on the phone, a selling point larger competitors can't match.
- Repeat customers who come back every year: a ready base for email and remarketing.
- An engaged social media following: a ready audience for the first campaign.
