Getting started
What Marketers.com is, how matching works, what the free analysis includes and how long it takes to get a team.
4 questions in this group.
01What is Marketers.com?
Marketers.com is an outsourced marketing department for growing companies. You start with a free analysis: you enter your website address and a phone number, and within 24 hours you get a PDF with an assessment of your marketing, a comparison with competitors and recommendations. On that basis a senior project manager with 15+ years of experience agrees the scope with you and matches a vetted marketer or a team with experience in your industry. You meet the person on a call and decide whether to start, and the same project manager checks the quality of the work for the whole engagement.
02How does matching work? Do I choose from a list?
No. You do not browse profiles or compare candidates. The senior project manager, who knows the vetted marketers in the network, picks one person or a team for your industry and the scope agreed after the analysis, and tells you why this person fits. You meet the matched marketer on a short call and decide. If it is not the right fit, the project manager goes back to matching and presents someone else.
03What does the free analysis include?
A PDF prepared by a senior project manager. It covers your marketing channel by channel: website, Google, social media and paid ads, what works and what does not. It compares you with five direct competitors and one leader in your industry and ends with recommendations in order of priority, so you know what to do first and why. It is free and comes with no commitment.
04How long does it take from the request to a working team?
Within 24 hours of your request you have the PDF and a call with the senior project manager. Matching runs on the scope agreed on that call, the intro call with the marketer is scheduled in the following days, and work starts once you decide to go ahead. Most clients go from the request to the first stage of work within one to two weeks, depending on how quickly the calls can be scheduled.

Working together
Who you work with day to day, time zones and availability, keeping your current agency, and the industries and channels we cover.
4 questions in this group.
01Who do I work with day to day?
With your senior project manager. They are your single point of contact: you write to them about anything, they pass the work to the marketer or the team, review it before it reaches you and report what is done, what is in progress and what comes next. You meet the marketers themselves on the intro call and, if you want, on stage reviews.
02How do time zones and availability work?
The analysis call and the intro call are scheduled at a time that works for you, in your business hours. At the start your project manager agrees a regular check-in slot with you and a channel for day-to-day questions. Campaigns, ads and content do not need someone sitting next to you, so the work runs continuously and you get a written update at the end of each stage.
03Can I keep my current agency or in-house marketer?
Yes. Many clients keep an existing agency for one channel or an in-house person for content and add us for the rest. On the analysis call you tell the project manager who does what today, and the scope covers only the channels that need a specialist. Where it makes sense, the project manager coordinates with your existing people so nothing is done twice.
04Which industries and channels do you cover?
Any industry: the team is matched to yours, so the same process serves contractors, law firms, dental practices, SaaS companies, ecommerce stores and B2B firms. Channels include Google Ads and PPC, Meta ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO and AI search, content, email and automation, HubSpot and CRM, social media, video and UGC, web design, landing pages and ecommerce. Each channel is run by a marketer with results in that channel, not one person doing everything.

Billing and terms
How billing works, what the cost depends on, and how the agreement and cancellation are handled.
3 questions in this group.
01How does billing work?
You get one monthly bill from Marketers.com for the agreed scope, and you settle with us rather than with several people separately. Ad budgets are separate from our fee: you pay them directly to Google, Meta or the other platforms, or we pass them through at cost. The monthly amount is written in the proposal you receive after the analysis, before you decide anything.
02How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. Running Google Ads for a home services company is a different amount of work than a full content and email program for a SaaS company. After the free analysis you get a written proposal with the scope and the monthly amount for your company. There is no charge for the analysis, the calls or the matching, and you decide whether to go ahead.
03How do the agreement and cancellation work?
The engagement runs month to month under a written agreement that describes the scope, the monthly amount and how stages are reviewed. There is no minimum term. You can pause or end it at the end of any monthly period by telling your project manager, and the work delivered up to that point, the accounts and the files remain yours. The same terms apply if you want to change the scope: you agree the new scope with the project manager and it takes effect from the next period.

Quality control
How quality is controlled, what happens if a marketer does not deliver, and how marketers are vetted.
3 questions in this group.
01How is quality controlled?
Two ways. First, every marketer was vetted before joining the network, so the person on your project has passed a knowledge test, a practical task and an interview. Second, the senior project manager, with 15+ years of experience, reviews the work before it reaches you, checks it against the scope and the deadlines, and goes over each stage with you. You do not need to be a marketing expert to hold the work to a standard: that is what the project manager is for.
02What if the marketer does not deliver?
You raise it with your project manager, not with the marketer. The project manager sees the work as it happens, so delays are usually caught before you notice them. If a stage does not hold up, they require revisions. If the person is not the right fit, they replace them with another vetted marketer, and the files, the accounts and the history of the project stay with the project manager, so the new person picks up where the previous one left off.
03How are marketers vetted?
Every candidate applies with links to past projects, takes a knowledge test in their specialty, completes a practical task on a real brief from an industry, goes through an interview with our team and provides references we check. Only then do we decide whether to admit them, and the decision is made by a person, not an algorithm. On your project, only marketers with experience in your industry are matched.
