How outsourced marketing works, step by step

You start with a free analysis of your marketing. A senior project manager matches a marketer or a team with experience in your industry, you meet the person and decide, and the same project manager stays with you for the whole engagement.

See the five steps

Free, with no commitment. Your team is assembled by a senior project manager with 15+ years of experience.

Matched to the job

You do not scroll through hundreds of profiles. A senior project manager with 15+ years of experience picks the marketer or the team.

The five steps

From a free analysis to a working team in five steps

You do not search on your own. A senior project manager with 15+ years of experience looks at what your company needs and how it operates, hand-picks a vetted marketer or a team for your industry and sets up the intro call. After that free call you decide whether to start, and for the rest of the engagement you keep the same project manager on our side.

  1. Step 1

    Request a free analysis

You enter your website address and a phone number. That is all it takes to start: no account, no brief, and you do not need to know marketing vocabulary.

The request goes to a senior project manager with 15+ years of experience in marketing, who takes your company on and becomes your single point of contact. The analysis is free and comes with no commitment.

  2. Step 2

Within 24 hours: a PDF and a call with a senior project manager

The PDF covers your marketing channel by channel: website, Google, social media and paid ads, what works and what does not. It compares you with five direct competitors and one leader in your industry and lists the recommendations in order of priority, with comments from the project manager.

On that basis you talk with the senior project manager: what makes sense for your company, in what order and at what monthly amount. Anything you are unsure about gets sorted out on the call.

  3. Step 3

The project manager assembles your marketer or team

You do not search on your own and you do not browse profiles. The senior project manager, who knows the vetted marketers in the network, picks one person or a team with experience in your industry for the scope agreed after the analysis.

Every marketer has been vetted before: we checked identity and experience, reviewed past work and talked with them about it. You get a short note on why this person fits your company. The match is our responsibility, not yours.

  4. Step 4

You meet the person and decide

We set up a short call, by video or phone, with the matched marketer. You ask about their experience, their way of working and the first steps in your company. The project manager schedules it at a time that works for you.

After the call you decide whether to start. If it is not the right person, the project manager goes back to matching and presents someone else.

  5. Step 5

Work in stages with the same project manager

The scope agreed after the analysis is split into stages, each with a clear result and a date. The matched marketer or team works stage by stage, and the project manager keeps you posted on what is done, what is in progress and what comes next.

Throughout the engagement you have one point of contact: the senior project manager you write to about anything. They check deadlines and quality, review each stage with you and step in when something goes off track. You are never left alone with a contractor.

You keep the same project manager for the whole engagement. A specific person on our side you write to about anything. They check deadlines, settle disagreements and are accountable for the quality of the work.

Common questions

Questions clients ask before they start

Cost of the process, time to a team, what happens when the match is not right and working together long term.

See all questions and answers
01What does the process cost?

The analysis, the call with the senior project manager and the matching are free and come with no commitment. A cost appears only when you decide to start with the matched marketer or team, and it follows from the scope agreed after the analysis. You get it in writing before you decide.

02How long does it take to get a team?

Within 24 hours of your request you have the analysis and a call with the senior project manager. Matching runs on the scope agreed on that call, and the intro call with the marketer is scheduled in the following days.

03What if the matched person is not the right fit?

You say so after the intro call, and the project manager goes back to matching and presents another person. The intro calls are free and you do not commit to anything before you decide to start.

04What if the marketer does not deliver?

The project manager sees the work as it happens, requires revisions when a stage does not hold up and replaces the person if needed. You raise it with one person, not with the marketer directly, and the files and history of the project stay with the project manager.

05Can we work together long term?

Yes. Most engagements run for months, because marketing rarely pays off from a single push. With a steady scope you agree on a monthly amount, and the project manager keeps checking the quality of the work for as long as we work together.
