Web design built to bring in inquiries, on a platform your team can run
A business website has one job: turn a visitor who is comparing options into a call or a form. A vetted designer builds yours on WordPress or Webflow, and a senior project manager keeps it fast, measurable and easy for your team to update.
Free, with no commitment. A senior project manager walks you through the analysis.
What you get
You get a website planned around your inquiries, built by a specialist and approved by a project manager who checks speed and tracking before launch.
What the specialist does
What the web design specialist does for your company
One designer or a small build team owns your site from sitemap to launch. Your project manager sets the structure, approves each page and checks the numbers after the site goes live.
At the start
Structure and page design
The specialist maps which pages you need for customers and for search, plans the path to a call or a form on each one, and designs the layout around that path.
During the build
Build, content and tracking
The site is built on WordPress or Webflow, your content and photos go in, forms and phone numbers are connected to GA4 and Tag Manager, and everything is tested on phones.
After launch
Care, speed and changes
Updates, backups and security patches run on a schedule, speed is checked after every change, and new pages or offers are added as your business needs them.
Scope of work
Scope of web design and website care
A new site is due when the current one embarrasses the people who sell for you: it is slow on a phone, the contact form goes to an inbox nobody checks, the last update was years ago, or nobody knows how to change a price without calling the developer who built it. It is also the moment when ads send traffic to pages that do not match what the ad promised.
The scope depends on how many pages and locations you have, whether you need booking, quotes or a client portal, how much content exists already, and whether the site should move to a new platform or be rebuilt on the current one. Your project manager sets the page list and the timeline after the free analysis, and care after launch is scoped separately.
Metrics the work is designed to improve
- Inquiries from the website
- Page load speed
- Visit to contact conversion rate
Typical scope
- Goals, sitemap and page structure
- Design system and page layouts
- Build on WordPress or Webflow
- Content, forms and conversion tracking
- Speed, security and backups
- Ongoing care and new pages
You agree on the scope with the senior project manager before the start, and the same person oversees the work.
How we match
You do not pick the marketer. A senior project manager with 15+ years of experience does.
What to know
What to know before you order a new website
For a US company the website is usually the second thing a prospect checks after your Google Business Profile, and often the place they decide whether to call. That means the phone number, the service list, the service area and a way to request a quote have to be visible without scrolling on a phone. A designer who starts from that behavior builds something different from one who starts from a mood board.
The mistakes we see most in the sites we audit: a template with a slider nobody clicks, stock photos instead of your crew and your work, forms that ask for too much, no tracking on calls or submissions, and a platform so custom that every change needs a developer. A site like that looks finished and quietly loses the leads your ads paid for.
How the work is organized: the specialist designs and builds, and your project manager approves the sitemap, the design and each page before it is published. You see the site on a staging address before launch, and after launch the same team handles updates, speed checks and new pages under a monthly care scope with a short report.

How a web design project starts
Step 1
Free analysis
Order the free analysis and within 24 hours a PDF lands in your inbox with an assessment of your current site: speed, mobile layout, tracking and what stops visitors from contacting you.
Step 2
Call and scope
On a call the senior project manager goes through the findings, asks which pages bring inquiries today and which platform your team can maintain, and sets the page list and timeline.
Step 3
Matching
The project manager selects a vetted designer or build team with sites in your industry on WordPress or Webflow. You meet them, see the plan and decide whether to go ahead.
Step 4
Work and reporting
Design, build and content go through your approval page by page, the site launches with tracking in place, and care after launch comes with a monthly summary of changes and speed.
FAQ
Questions before you start
If your question is not here, order the analysis: the project manager answers everything on the first call.
01WordPress or Webflow: which one should my site use?
Both work well for a business site, and the choice usually follows your team. WordPress fits when you need plugins for booking, membership or a large blog and have someone comfortable with updates. Webflow fits when you want a fast site with little maintenance and simple content edits. The project manager recommends one on the call based on who will maintain the site.
02How long does a business website take to build?
A typical site with a handful of service pages, a contact page and a blog takes a few weeks from approved design to launch, most of it spent on content and approvals. Larger sites with locations, booking or a portal take longer. Your project manager gives you a dated plan before work starts and tells you what is needed from your side.
03Will I own the website and be able to edit it myself?
Yes. The site is built in your account on WordPress or Webflow, under your domain and hosting, with logins that belong to you. The specialist documents how to edit text, images, prices and team pages, and the care scope exists for the changes you would rather not make yourself.
04Can you redesign my current site instead of starting over?
Often that is the better option. If the structure and content are sound, the specialist keeps the pages that already rank in search, redesigns the layout, fixes speed and tracking, and sets up redirects so nothing that Google knows about is lost in the process.
05What does website care after launch include?
Platform and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, speed checks after each change, small content edits and new pages when you launch a service or a location. It runs on a monthly scope set by your project manager, and you get a short report of what was changed and how the site is performing.
