Landing pages that match your ads and turn clicks into leads
Every ad click that lands on your homepage has to find its own way to the offer, and most do not. A vetted specialist builds a page for each campaign with one message and one action, and a senior project manager checks that it tracks every form and call.
Free, with no commitment. A senior project manager walks you through the analysis.
What you get
You get a page for each campaign that repeats the promise of the ad, loads fast on a phone and reports every lead back to the ad platform.
What the specialist does
What the landing page specialist does for your campaigns
One specialist writes, designs and builds the page, then keeps testing it. Your project manager sets the goal for each page and approves the copy before it goes live.
At the start
Goal, offer and message match
The specialist reads the ads and keywords that will send traffic, sets one goal for the page, and writes a headline and offer that repeat what the visitor just clicked on.
During the build
Design, form and tracking
The page is built to load fast on a phone, with a short form, a click-to-call number, thank-you tracking in GA4 and conversions sent back to Google Ads or Meta.
After launch
Tests and new versions
Headlines, form length, images and layout get tested against each other, and winning versions are cloned for new campaigns, audiences or locations.
Scope of work
Scope of landing page work
You need dedicated landing pages the moment you pay for traffic: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, a promoted email or a QR code on a truck. Sending that traffic to a homepage built for everyone means the visitor has to search for the offer, and the ad platform gets weak conversion data. One page per campaign fixes both, and it is often the cheapest fix in the whole account.
The scope depends on how many campaigns, offers and locations you run, whether leads should reach a CRM or an inbox, whether you need phone tracking, and how much testing traffic the campaigns produce. Your project manager decides after the free analysis how many pages to build first and which ones deserve a test plan.
Metrics the work is designed to improve
- Landing page conversion rate
- Cost per lead from campaigns
- Page load speed on mobile
Typical scope
- Campaign goal, offer and page structure
- Copy and design that match the ad
- Build, form and click-to-call
- Tracking and CRM integration
- A/B tests of headlines and layout
- Versions for campaigns and locations
You agree on the scope with the senior project manager before the start, and the same person oversees the work.
How we match
You do not pick the marketer. A senior project manager with 15+ years of experience does.
What to know
What to know before you order landing pages
For a US company the landing page decides what each ad click is worth. Google Ads and Meta both grade the page, and a slow page or one that does not match the ad raises your click price and lowers your position. The page must answer three things in the first screen on a phone: what is offered, for whom, and what to do next. Everything else, from proof to details, supports that.
The mistakes that waste the most ad spend: sending clicks to the homepage, a headline that talks about the company instead of the offer, a form with nine fields when three would do, no phone number for people who would rather call, and no conversion tracking, so the ad platform learns nothing. We also see pages that were launched once and never tested again.
How the work is organized: the specialist writes and builds, your project manager approves copy and design, and the page launches only when tracking has been tested end to end. Then testing starts, one change at a time, and the monthly report shows conversion rate per page and per traffic source, along with what the next test will be.
How we work
How landing page work starts
Step 1
Free analysis
Order the free analysis and within 24 hours you receive a PDF that looks at where your ads send people today, how those pages load and whether they track leads.
Step 2
Call and scope
On a call your senior project manager asks which campaigns matter most, what a lead is worth to you and where leads should go, then lists the pages to build first.
Step 3
Matching
You are matched with a vetted specialist who has built and tested landing pages for your kind of campaign. You meet them on a call and decide whether to start.
Step 4
Work and reporting
The first page goes live after your approval with tracking verified, tests run from then on, and each month you see conversion rate, cost per lead and the next test.
FAQ
Questions before you start
If your question is not here, order the analysis: the project manager answers everything on the first call.
01Do I really need a separate page for each campaign?
For each offer, yes. A page for emergency AC repair and a page for a new system quote can share a design, but the headline, the form and the call to action are different because the visitor's intent is different. Campaigns that share an offer can share a page with small variations for location or audience.
02Can the landing page live on my current website?
Usually yes, and that is the default. The specialist builds it on your WordPress or Webflow site or on a page builder connected to your domain, without the main navigation so the visitor stays focused. If your site cannot host it cleanly, a separate subdomain is set up and tracked the same way.
03How does call tracking work on a landing page?
A tracking number is shown on the page in place of your main number and forwards to your phone. Each call is logged with the campaign and keyword that brought the visitor, recorded if you want it, and sent to Google Ads or Meta as a conversion, so calls count the same way forms do.
04How long before a test tells us anything?
That depends on traffic. A page that gets a few dozen conversions a month can settle a headline test in a few weeks, while a page with less traffic needs bolder changes and more patience. The specialist plans tests around the traffic you actually have instead of running experiments that will never reach a conclusion.
05Who writes the copy for the landing page?
The specialist does, using your ads, your keyword list and a short call about what customers ask before they buy. You approve the copy before the page is built, and the project manager checks that the promise on the page matches the promise in the ad and in your sales process.
