1. Who we are
Marketers.com ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at marketers.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.
The Site is built for businesses. It lets a company request a free marketing analysis and a proposal for outsourced marketing services. It is not intended for personal, family or household use.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send the analysis request form, we collect:
- the address of your business website,
- your first name,
- your phone number,
- your email address.
If you reply to our emails or talk to us on a call, we also keep what you choose to tell us, so that we can prepare the analysis and the proposal.
Information collected automatically
When you send the form, we record:
- your IP address and the date and time of the request,
- the page of the Site from which you sent the form,
- campaign parameters present in the link that brought you to the Site (UTM tags and Google or Microsoft click identifiers).
Like most websites, our servers also keep standard technical logs of requests (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time).
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health data, financial account numbers or government identifiers. Please do not send it through the form.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- prepare the marketing analysis you asked for and contact you by email or phone to deliver it and to present a proposal,
- enter into and perform a services agreement, if you decide to work with us,
- protect the Site against spam and abuse, for example by limiting the number of requests from one IP address,
- understand which pages and campaigns bring requests, so that we can improve the Site,
- comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
If we confirm your request by email, we send a one-time code to the address you entered. We use your phone number and email address to contact you about your request. If we ever send you marketing email, every message will include a way to opt out.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases
The Site is directed at businesses in the United States. If the law of your location requires a legal basis for processing (for example, the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on:
- steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract, when we prepare the analysis and the proposal and when we work with you,
- our legitimate interests in running and securing the Site, answering business inquiries and measuring which pages and campaigns bring requests,
- your consent, where the law requires it, for example for optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time,
- legal obligations, when we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site sets two first-party cookies. Both are strictly necessary and both expire after two hours without activity:
- rynek_en_session: keeps your session, so that the request form works across its steps,
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects the forms against cross-site request forgery.
We do not currently use analytics cookies or third-party analytics on the Site.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or session recording tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. The network that delivers and protects the Site may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell visitors from automated traffic.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, the request form will not work.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- service providers that work on our behalf and under our instructions: hosting, content delivery and security, email delivery and, if enabled, analytics,
- team members and contractors who prepare your analysis or work on your account, under confidentiality obligations,
- professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when needed,
- authorities and courts, when the law requires it or when it is necessary to protect our rights,
- a successor, if our business is merged, sold or reorganized. The successor must respect this Privacy Policy.
7. How long we keep information
We keep analysis requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to answer you, to present a proposal and to maintain our business relationship with your company. If you become a client, we keep the information for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
When we no longer need the information, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your rights and choices"). Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the kind of information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it and protection of the forms against automated abuse. No website can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, tell us through the contact form.
9. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct information that is inaccurate,
- delete your information,
- stop contacting you about our services.
Send your request through the contact form. To protect you, we may ask for information that lets us confirm your identity, usually by replying to the email address you used. We answer within the time required by the law that applies to you. We do not charge for a reasonable request and we do not treat you differently because you made one.
10. California residents
This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), applies to us. It also serves as our notice at collection.
Categories of personal information
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories, from you and from your browser, for the purposes described in "How we use information":
- identifiers: first name, email address, phone number, IP address,
- internet or other electronic network activity: the page from which the form was sent, campaign parameters, technical logs,
- professional information: the website of the business you represent.
We disclose these categories to the service providers listed in "Who we share information with" for business purposes. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not use personal information to infer characteristics about you. Retention is described in "How long we keep information".
Your CCPA rights
- the right to know what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed, and to receive a copy,
- the right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions,
- the right to correct inaccurate personal information,
- the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither),
- the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
You or your authorized agent can submit a request through the contact form. We will verify the request by matching it with the information we hold, usually the email address used in the original form. An authorized agent must show written permission from you. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code section 1798.83).
Other states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Texas) have similar rights to access, correct and delete personal information, to the extent those laws apply to us. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general if the appeal is denied.
11. Visitors from outside the United States
We process information in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the law of your location. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
12. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and for adults who act on their behalf. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site, our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Site before it takes effect.
