Graphic design for ads, social and sales that looks like one brand

Every ad, post and proposal your company sends is a design decision, and when each is made by someone else the brand drifts. A vetted designer produces your marketing graphics every week, and a senior project manager keeps them consistent and on time.

What you get

You get a designer who knows your brand rules, a steady flow of ad and social graphics in every size, and files you own from day one.

What the specialist does

What your graphic design specialist does for you

Design for marketing is a production line, not a one-off project. The designer sets the style and templates first, then delivers weekly creative in the formats each channel needs.

At the start

Style, templates and file library

Collects your logo, colors and fonts or fixes what is missing, builds templates for posts, ads and documents, and sets up a shared library so every file is easy to find.

Every week

Ad variants, posts and decks

Designs ad creative in several variants for testing, social graphics, display banners, landing page sections and sales decks, and sends each piece for your approval.

Every month

Delivery and brand check

Delivers final files in the sizes every channel needs plus editable source files, checks all live materials for consistency and reports what was produced and how the ads performed.

Scope of work

When a company needs graphic design and what sets the scope

You need a designer when your ads are made in a hurry by whoever has Canva open, when the sales deck, the website and the Instagram feed look like three different companies, or when a print deadline for a trade show or a mailer keeps catching you unprepared. It also fits companies running paid campaigns that need fresh creative every couple of weeks to keep results from fading.

The scope depends on how many channels you feed, how often campaigns change creative, whether you need print and packaging alongside digital, and whether a brand guide already exists or has to be written first. A roofing company that needs door hangers, yard signs and Facebook ads sets a different rhythm than a SaaS company that needs LinkedIn ads and a pitch deck, so the analysis defines the mix before work starts.

Metrics the work is designed to improve

  • Click-through rate of ad creative
  • Turnaround time per request
  • Visual consistency across channels

Typical scope

  1. Ad creative variants for Meta, Google and LinkedIn
  2. Social post and story templates
  3. Display banners and landing page graphics
  4. Sales decks, proposals and one-pagers
  5. Print materials, signage, mailers and trade show pieces
  6. Source files, exports and brand consistency checks

You agree on the scope with the senior project manager before the start, and the same person oversees the work.

How we match

You do not pick the marketer. A senior project manager with 15+ years of experience does.

What to know

What to know about marketing graphic design for a US company

For a US company most design work is not a logo or a brochure, it is the daily stream of ad creative, social posts, email headers and sales documents that carry the brand to buyers. Ads on Meta and Google wear out, so the same message has to come back in new variants every few weeks, and each platform wants its own sizes and safe zones. Print still matters for local businesses: yard signs, door hangers, vehicle wraps and trade show booths are often the first thing a neighbor sees.

The usual mistakes are letting every team member design their own posts, so fonts and colors drift until the brand is unrecognizable; buying one polished campaign and then starving the channels for months; and treating design as decoration added at the end instead of part of the message. Companies also lose their own files: the agency that made the deck keeps the source, the freelancer disappears and nobody can edit the logo, so the next designer starts over.

The work runs as a weekly queue your project manager controls. Requests go into a shared list with a brief, a deadline and the channel sizes, the designer works through them in priority order and sends previews for approval, and finished files land in your library in every format needed along with the editable source. You own everything produced. Once a month the designer checks all live materials against the brand rules and reports what shipped, what is in progress and which ad variants performed.

How we work

How graphic design starts and runs week to week

Step 1

Free analysis

Send your website and a few of your current ads, posts or decks. Within 24 hours you receive a PDF that shows where the visuals are inconsistent, which formats are missing and what to fix first.

Step 2

Call and scope

A senior project manager talks through the analysis, asks which channels you run and how often they need creative, and sets the scope: formats, volume per week, print needs and who approves.

Step 3

Matching

The project manager matches a designer who has produced ad creative and sales materials for your type of business, and adds a second specialist for motion or packaging. You see their work and decide whether to go ahead.

Step 4

Work and reporting

Requests flow through a shared queue, previews come to you for approval, final files and sources land in your library, and the monthly report lists what shipped and how the ad creative performed.

FAQ

Questions before you start

If your question is not here, order the analysis: the project manager answers everything on the first call.

01Do we own the source files and can we edit them later?

Yes. Every deliverable comes with the exported files for each channel and the editable source in Figma, Adobe or Canva, depending on what your team can work with. Templates are built so a person on your side can swap a headline or a photo without breaking the layout, and nothing is locked in a tool only the designer can open.

02Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?

That is the default. The designer starts by reading your guidelines and collecting the logo files, fonts and color values, then builds templates that follow them. If the guide is thin or out of date, the designer documents the rules as they go so the next person has something to follow, and if you need a full identity, the branding service covers that.

03How fast can you turn around a request?

Routine items such as a social post, an ad resize or a one-page flyer usually move through the queue within a few business days, while a full sales deck or a set of trade show panels takes longer and is scheduled in advance. Your project manager sets priorities in the shared list, so an urgent ad change can jump ahead of a print piece that is not due for weeks.

04Do you also write the ad copy and plan the variants?

The designer works from a brief that includes the message and the offer, and can draft the short headline and overlay text that live on the creative. When you also run paid campaigns with us, the media specialist and the designer plan variants together under the same project manager: which hook, which visual, which format gets tested next, and what the results said about the last round.

05Do you handle print, packaging and trade show materials?

Yes. The designer prepares print-ready files with bleed, correct color profiles and the printer's specifications, and can coordinate with your local print shop or a vendor for signage, vehicle graphics and booth displays. Packaging and dielines are scoped separately, because they need a second specialist and more lead time than a flyer or a mailer.
