Good to know
What to know before you market an ENT practice
ENT patients are often referred, but many search first. Someone with years of sinus pressure or a snoring partner looks up options, reads reviews and checks which surgeon does the procedure before calling. Pages, ads and the booking flow are written for that research stage.
Service lines have different buyers
A parent booking ear tubes, an adult exploring sinus surgery and an older patient choosing hearing care are three different audiences with different questions and timing. Each service line gets its own pages, campaigns and tracking, so you can see which ones fill the procedure schedule.
Health advertising rules
Ad pixels stay off patient portal, intake and appointment pages. Meta does not allow targeting by health conditions, so campaigns reach people by location, age and interests, and Google restricts personalized health targeting too. Pages avoid outcome guarantees and any claim a physician has not approved.
Hearing and audiology under one roof
Many ENT practices run an audiology or hearing aid service. It is marketed as its own line, with its own pages and offers, while physician referrals between the two sides are tracked so you can see how much one feeds the other.
