Good to know
What to know before you market a wedding venue
A couple choosing a venue is making the first and biggest decision of the whole wedding, because the date, the guest count and the budget all depend on it. They search broadly, shortlist three or four places and book tours within a few weeks. Your pages and ads need to answer capacity, price range and availability before they have to ask.
Peak dates fill themselves, the rest of the calendar does not
Saturdays in June and October often book a year ahead whatever you do. The money is in Fridays, Sundays, winter and shoulder months, so campaigns and offers are aimed at those dates and at couples with flexible plans.
Speed of reply decides who gets the tour
A couple sends the same inquiry to several venues in one evening. The venue that answers within the hour with a tour time usually wins the visit. Marketing that brings more inquiries without a fast reply path simply pays for leads that go elsewhere.
Photos and permission
Wedding photos belong to the photographer and the couple. Content from real events is posted only with written permission from both, and ads use your own venue photography so nothing is borrowed from a vendor's portfolio.
